I just graduated school, but still felt like I missed something that they will never teach at school. I grew up in a place where handling money was always a problem. Every time I had some money in hand, I had the urge to spend it quickly, because of my environment. After graduation I knew I was going to earn more money. Because of this, I needed to change my mindset in order to keep my money in my pockets instead of spending it on things I do not need. Many people recommended this book, so I started reading this book a couple of months ago. This book is absolutely fantastic to read. On the internet people say that the book changes your way of thinking and it actually did for me. It really opened my eyes to finances and changed the way I view them. The Richest Man in Babylon puts the basic concepts of handling your many in a story format. Due to their simplicity, the concepts are easily memorable. This book reads beautifully, although it uses some old language. I think it is packed with wisdom, truth, great knowledge and profound insights. I am very glad I read this book and recommend it to other to read. It really changes your way of thinking!
This is great book full of knowdledge. It will help you manage your money, teach you how to save it and tell you what to keep in mind when trying to make it grow, and for those who are in debt, I believe it will prove to be quite helpful. It is written in a form of a story, which was for me not only very informative, but also entertaining.Be aware that is written using archaic English words (e.g., "thy" instead of "you"), so you will have to read some paragraphs more than once to fully understand what it is saying. I found the similarities with German quite fascinating, so there's nothing you won't understand.A must-read for everyone.

Dieses Buch ist genauso einfach wie genial. Leider ist es in einem nahezu unleserlichen Stil geschrieben wodurch man auch eine 1 Stern Bewertung rechtfertigen könnte. Wenn man sich allerdings durch den sehr schlechten Schreibstil durchgekämpft hat bekommt man ein herrvoragendes Buch. Vom Inhalt her ist es eigentlich frech trotz des Schreibstils nur 4 Sterne zu geben, aber gerade für jemanden dessen Muttersprache nicht englisch ist, ist es wirklich sehr unangenehm zu lesen. Deswegen nur 4 Sterne.
The book is great, I learnt lots of great things I was able to relate with and me and I girlfriend decided to cultivate. One downside is that it’s written in Ancient Rome standard, such as that in King James Bible. So that made it had to follow through and I have to read some pages twice or thrice to understand what is being said.Above all, it’s a great resource.
Have read it slowly and put it down often enough to inwardly digest what has been said.I have just started today to read it again,its brilliant.Apply in todays terms what is described in this book and you will retire financially very comfortable.
The book came in perfect condition. Reading this book inspired me to save more money, and also tought me how to manage and invest money to make it grow. I would recomend this book to anyone.
The font size of the book is too small. In this edition they have tried to fill a lot of words in a few pages making it a bit less friendly for the reader. The content of the book is good though.
